NZQA Forklift Unit Standards

Prerequisites:
- Hold a current New Zealand
(you are able to book this course at the same time as booking one of the forklift courses for an
OSH forklift licence)

The government has a national register of learning held by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA). This record holds all the qualifications earned by New Zealand students. The forklift has 4 standards that can be issued, if competent, and used towards National Certificates. We have registered assessors to assess competency in these standards. Operate a powered industrial lift truck fitted with forks (forklift)

Operate a powered industrial lift truck (PILT) fitted with attachments on a worksite.

Attachments are hydraulic.

Use a forklift mounted safety platform in the workplace

Ie Mancage.

Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving a forklift on a road for Endorsement F
